I work alongside headteachers to ensure communication in school enhances professional relationships, maximises performance and drives progress.
I have gained valuable insights and perspectives through my experience as a headteacher of a successful school and also as an interim headteacher, working with schools in complex situations. As an adviser, I had the privilege of working alongside new and experienced headteachers, many of whom were addressing issues relating to communication between staff. I have direct, practical experience of the power that effective communication and feedback can have. It’s about more than just raising and solving problems: it’s about creating a high-trust environment where everyone can thrive.
My approach is underpinned by the ‘I CARE’ © feedback framework. I developed this intuitive model to ensure impact in schools. The model is simple, evidence-informed and highly effective.
